Melanie has over 25 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Accounting. Since joining Action Research in 2011, she has served as Action’s nerve center. Melanie manages the development and implementation of policies and procedures, administration of Human Resource programs and practices, and financial bookkeeping.
Key Talents: Melanie uses her excellent organizational, logistical, and negotiation skills to ensure the company is functioning at optimum capacity. Most importantly, she ensures an efficient and harmonious working environment.
In her spare time, Melanie enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her husband, dogs, and cats.
